Developing and delivering a diverse range of services at over 2,000 client locations in the UK and Ireland, we improve the quality of life for our customers and colleagues. Our services include:

  • On-site services range from cleaning, reception and food services through to asset maintenance. We support clients to enhance their employees’ well-being and ways of working in offices, schools, prisons, hospitals, military bases, remote sites and at events.

  • Benefits & Reward services are designed to boost employee motivation through initiatives including childcare and gift vouchers, and government and public authority schemes. 

  • Personal & Home services help people to achieve a better work/life balance and greater personal fulfilment. Our home services for dependent people really do improve their quality of life.

  • Sodexo Property Solutions (SPS)
    From scoping new opportunities to overseeing complex change projects, we offer our clients centrally run services that help them manage their facilities.

  • Central functions
    The teams in this division have many roles but one focus: to support the rest of the business and help us all succeed.

  • Prisons
    Not only do we rehabilitate offenders inside prison, but we run accommodation, support and drug services in the community.
