HMP Forest BankHMP Forest Bank is one of the largest prisons in the UK, holding over 1,400 male offenders.

The prison demonstrates custodial excellence in many areas with an emphasis on risk assessment, addressing comprehensive needs and forming strong links with the community outside.

Successful resettlement has been enhanced through the development of a bespoke strategy of directly engaging key local organisations to produce real jobs and employment opportunities for offenders on release.

The prison also hosts several workshops, including one providing 32 prisoners with 40 hours a week of meaningful work.
