Our purchasing power is unrivalled within the industry both on a Continental and Global basis enabling us to provide high quality products and services at fair prices.
Trading agreements specify ISO 9000 quality standards, pricing, payment terms, invoicing procedures and delivery frequency. Our food suppliers' premises are audited on a regular basis in respect of Health and Safety, hygiene, production methods and storage temperatures, guaranteeing quality and freshness for the customer.
Sodexo has a strong environmental policy and actively trade with suppliers who make every effort to control and reduce any negative environmental impact caused by its processes or products. Our suppliers conform to the 'Essential Packaging Requirements Regulations 1998' and use minimal packaging, subject to safety, hygiene and acceptance. Packaging must also be recoverable e.g. recyclable, biodegradable or can be composted.
