There are four levels to Aspire:
Aspire 1 is for you if you're looking to move into first line management
Aspire 2 helps you progress from first line management into a role such as account manager or human resources manager
Aspire 3 provides the stepping stone from managing a group of first line managers to a role such as account director or head of functions
Aspire 4 is aimed at people with the potential for level/segment executive roles
Each level includes a tough nomination process, an assessment event and a development programme to help you progress your career.
