We have achieved Investors in People accreditation, as well as the Excellence Through People standard in Ireland - both of which recognise our commitment to improving performance through our people.

Training forms the bedrock of our success. We were one of the first food and facilities management services companies to be given the licence to introduce the Occupational Safety and Health qualification. We are also one of a few organisations with a government contract to award National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs).

Our commitment to training continues from the grass roots up. We have recently developed an in-unit training programme to help frontline employees do their job well; we have introduced the Cadet Apprenticeship Scheme for 16 to 24-year-old job seekers; and our Aspire management development programme continues to go from strength to strength.
