Food and facilities management provider Sodexo Ireland has reached financial close on the second bundle of PPP contracts for Irish schools The 25 year contract is worth 62.5m euros and will see the company look after the day-to-day management of six schools in Cork, Limerick, Kildare, Meath and Wicklow under the public private partnership model (PPP). The new schools, which are amalgamations of existing schools in each area, will provide places for 4,700 pupils and will become operational by the end 2011.
