Cathy has a real passion for craft and people development.

She regularly hosts training workshops and has a dedicated centre of excellence where new concepts and ideas are shared and best practices are communicated to her teams.

She has a long-standing relationship with Springboard and Future Chef, and she coaches and mentors the next generation of school children to reach culinary greatness. Her dedication and passion have been rewarded significantly in the past year by her peers at our Sodexo Star Awards held in November 2017.

External plaudits have also been bestowed upon her including receiving the prestigious Contract Catering Chef of the Year Award at the 22nd Institute of Hospitality NI Awards held at the Belfast Titanic Centre on May 5, 2017.
