Rugby Travel & Hospitality Limited has won an award for best Premium and VIP Ticketing for its work on Rugby World Cup 2015.

The Ticketing Technology Awards, held in Dublin this month, recognised the Sodexo and Mike Burton Group joint venture’s Rugby World Cup 2015 ticketing as ‘the best premium hospitality or VIP ticketing experience’.

Decided by global online ballot, the award considered price-value, included services and overall visitor experience – from discovery and purchase through to post-event handling.

Rugby Travel & Hospitality sold and delivered 90,000 corporate packages for Rugby World Cup 2015, bettering its London 2012 Olympic Games sales of 60,000.
