Sodexo has appointed Andy Rogers HR director of the UK and Ireland region.

In his new role, Andy is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to 34,000 employees who deliver quality of life services to clients at more than 1,800 locations in the corporate, healthcare, education, leisure, justice and defence sectors.  

Andy’s 20-year career with Sodexo started in 1995, when he joined Gardner Merchant as a training executive. He has occupied a number of roles in operations and functions since then.

Andy is promoted to his new position on the UK & Ireland regional leadership committee from his role as organisational development and change director.
