A personal assistant at Sodexo has been named a WeAreTheCity Top 50 Rising Star.

Vicki Franklin (née Ghiotti) was included in the top five personal assistants in the list, published today, after a judging process and public vote.

The Rising Star awards showcase the UK pipeline of female talent below management and to create female role models across 10 different industries and professions.

Based in London, Vicki is personal assistant to the Sodexo CEO Justice Worldwide.

During her time with Sodexo, Vicki has also worked as a project coordinator within the business development team assisting in the production of bid documentation for new justice business. In 2009, Vicki travelled to South Africa where she worked with a team in Johannesburg producing bid submissions for four new build prison projects.

Over and above her role, Vicki has been a member of the leadership team for Sodexo’s gender balance employee network Women Work since 2012, leading all administrative activities and heavily involved with organisation of the Women Work annual conference.
In her spare time, Vicki enjoys spending time with her family. She also volunteers at events to increase awareness and raise much needed funds for Iain Rennie Hospice at Home.
