Harbhajan Singh BrarHarbhajan was one of the key speakers at the event and said, “The diversity and inclusion agenda at Sodexo is driven from the top by the company’s Global CEO, Michel Landel who has publicly declared his vision that Sodexo be the reference and benchmark in diversity and inclusion. It is also supported very actively in the UK and Ireland by our CEO, Debbie White and locally in Ireland by Margot Slattery, the new managing director of Sodexo Ireland, who sits on the UK and Ireland Diversity and Inclusion Council”.

The signing of this charter is a voluntary commitment by the founding organisations to manage diversity effectively, prevent discrimination and promote equality with respect to all their stakeholders.

In signing this charter, organisations in Ireland join their counterparts in nine other European countries in publicly stating their commitment to diversity and inclusion. An equivalent charter does not currently exist within the UK.
