Sodexo Healthworks achieves internationally recognised accreditation
November 26, 2012
Healthworks, the health and fitness offer from Sodexo, a leading provider of on-site service solutions, has been awarded the IS0 9001 - 2008 certification.
The internationally recognised standard has been met by Sodexo Healthworks’ Quality Management System (QMS), a system used in all Sodexo Healthworks sites. The system has been designed to provide uniformity across Sodexo’s Healthworks clubs and help to achieve consistency and high standards in areas such as methods, materials used and equipment.
Healthworks achieved the accreditation following the installation of the system and a rigorous assessment by the certification board, Chamber Certification Assessment Services. A notable comment made by auditors included: “Healthworks is continuing to meet its objectives by improving its management systems, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.”
Alan West, Healthworks development manager, added: “The QMS is the foundation of our Healthworks offer and is integral to how we develop the service in the future.”
Wellness is a driver to reduce absenteeism in the workplace and increase productivity. Healthworks is Sodexo’s commitment to a complete solution for health, nutrition and fitness in the workplace.
