What three words describe you best?
Passionate, determined, ambitious.
What is your favourite motivation quote?
“Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try.” – John F. Kennedy
What has been your greatest highlight so far of your career?
Making it to this year’s YLOTY final!
What is your career end goal?
To be head of a large division for a global company.
What is your future vision for the FM sector?
I believe that technology is creating smarter environments allowing for more informed reporting and decision making. With CAFM, AMS and BMS systems becoming increasingly interlinked aided by 4/5G and fibre networking we are starting to see the internet of things coming into view. Operators (or perhaps one day artificial intelligence) can take instantaneous holistic views across an estate and make localised adjustments to assets and services. I also believe a growing trend in corporate responsibility will see providers switch away from the use of chemicals and plastics in the delivery of services.
