Leadership messages

We believe that gender balance fosters creativity and innovation, and ultimately drives better business results. When women reach their full potential, business and society are stronger and more successful.

Sophie Bellon, Chairwoman, Sodexo Board

Gender diversity is essential. It is beyond a moral obligation—it’s a business imperative and differentiator. At Sodexo, greater diversity and inclusiveness are part of a cultural transformation that requires time and humility.

Pay Gap Report 2020

Sodexo published its gender pay data in October 2017 to become an early adopter of new UK Government legislation.

Our 2020 pay gap report includes both gender and ethnicity pay data . It makes our current situation clear and lays the groundwork for ensuring we now hold ourselves accountable for making change happen.

The annual publication of both our gender and ethnicity pay gap findings will become standard practice.
