Sodexo and Microsoft won the Client & Service Provider Partnership of the Year Award at the 2020 FM Awards Ireland.

Health & Vitality Honours

January 2020. Sodexo was also recognised in Public Sector category for its Five Foodie Days menu for primary schools. Specifically designed using research among pupils in key stage 2-4 across the UK and the latest market insights, the Five Foodie Days menu offers a modern, fresh approach to school food. Head of nutrition and dietetics, Wan Mak recieved the Special Achievement honour.

November 2019 Sodexo was awarded the title of Best French Company in Ireland for the second year at the 27th Annual Ireland-France Business Awards jointly organised by the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce in Dublin (FICC) and NetworkIrlande.

Springboard Awards for Excellence

October 2019. Sodexo won the Best Apprenticeship Strategy award for the delivery of its apprenticeship programme and implementation of initiatives designed to engage, support and recognise apprentices across its business. Sodexo's L&D manager Michael Taylor was also a winner, receiving the Individual Ambassador award.

October 2019. Sodexo received the award for best waste prevention project (non-food) at the annual waste2zero Awards which are specifically aimed to give the foodservice industry a platform to showcase best practice and recognise excellence in this vital area.

April 2019. Sodexo has been named as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women for the sixth consecutive year. The list recognises employers who make gender equality part of their business strategy at all levels and have committed to creating inclusive workplace cultures and women’s career progression.

BSIF Safety Awards 2019

BSIF Safety Awards 2019

April 2019. Sodexo's Integrator team was commended for the implementation of a new online system for the completion of display screen equipment, health & safety training, personal risk assesments and 1:1 specialist health & safety advice in patnership with the Dept for Work and Pensions.

Sustainable Facilities Management Index (SFMI)

Sodexo was awarded silver in the sixth annual Sustainable Facilities Management Index (SFMI), the UK’s only sustainability benchmark for the FM sector.

Zurich Accredited CR Supplier - Gold

November 2018. Sodexo has been awarded gold accreditation for corporate responsibility and sustainability through Zurich UK’s new Supplier Accreditation Scheme which has been launched to increase transparency in its supply chain by measuring the strength of its suppliers’ responsible business practices.
