Sodexo UK & Ireland has released the results of its second annual Sustainable Food Barometer1, showing that UK consumers want nutritious, sustainable meals that protect the planet without compromising on taste or affordability.

East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust will partner with Sodexo to deliver its soft facilities management services across the Trust’s two acute hospitals – Colchester and Ipswich, and community services in East Suffolk and North Essex. These include Aldeburgh, Felixstowe and Harwich Hospitals, and Bluebird Lodge in Ipswich.

Sodexo, which employs more than 30,000 people in the UK and Ireland, has announced a significant milestone in its commitment to social mobility by introducing guaranteed job interviews for people with criminal convictions as part of its Starting Fresh programme.

Sodexo has been selected by BNP Paribas SA’s London Branch as the sole IFM services partner for four sites, moving from multiple providers delivering single services to a fully integrated approach to FM services.
