  1. The competition is open to all England, Scotland and Wales residents aged 18 and over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
  2. Upon completion of the Sodexo Health & Care survey, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw (the contact details question is required to contact you in the event of winning the prize). You must complete the survey by 14th December 2025 for you to be eligible for automatic entry into the prize draw.
  3. The opening date for entries is 27th October 2025 the closing date of the prize draw is midnight on 14th December 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.  
  4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the survey, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete survey submissions and any incomplete submissions will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any survey submissions which are not completed for any reason.
  5. A winner will be chosen by random draw by an independent Promoter team member on or around the week commencing 15th December 2025.
  6. The winner will receive £1,000 for the nominated Charity at the NHS Trust they work for. If more than one nominated Charity exists for the NHS Trust, they may choose the Charity they wish the money be allocated to. Only nominated NHS Charities for their NHS Trust employer can be selected.
  7. The winner will be notified by email or telephone on or around the week commencing 15th December 2025. If for any reason, the winner does not respond to the notification via email or telephone within 28 days of receiving the notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  9. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone/any NHS Trust in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  12. By entering this competition, you agree to take part in publicity announcements regarding the competition. We may also be required to provide details of the winner in order to demonstrate there was a winner of the competition.
  13. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's https://uk.sodexo.com/legal/privacy-policy. See also Condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  15. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
