Sodexo Ambassador Matt Dawson delivers motivational session at NHS Estates & Facilities Forum
Sodexo Ambassador, Matt Dawson MBE, recently joined Karin Smyth MP, the UK's Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care, and other influential figures from NHS England at the 2024 NHS Estates and Facilities Forum.
This annual event provides a crucial platform for networking, knowledge sharing and collaborative discussions for key figures and professionals from across the NHS Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) sector.
Held at Leeds Armouries, the forum kicked off with keynote speeches from influential figures including Jacqui Rock, Chief Commercial Officer at NHS England and Simon Corben, Director and Head of Profession for NHS Estates and Facilities at NHS England. These sessions highlighted the critical work of EFM professionals in supporting the broader ambitions of the health system and set the tone for the day.
Karin Smyth MP took the opportunity to share a message of appreciation for the NHS EFM workforce, emphasising the vital role they play in supporting patient care on a daily basis.
