Our ambition is to be inclusion-makers, reflecting the communities we serve. Our strategy is built on the ethos of actions we can all take everyday to foster inclusion that benefits colleagues, clients, customers and communities.
We have been recognised as the highest scoring organisation within the hospitality, travel, and leisure industry, receiving Platinum accreditation in the inclusion in EDI Maturity Curve.

In 2023, 19% of security positions across our business were held by women, compared to the industry average of 10%.
