Our ambition is to be inclusion-makers, reflecting the communities we serve. Our strategy is built on the ethos of actions we can all take everyday to foster inclusion that benefits colleagues, clients, customers and communities.
We have been recognised as the highest scoring organisation within the hospitality, travel, and leisure industry, receiving Platinum accreditation in the inclusion in EDI Maturity Curve.
We are committed to continuously learning and exploring how to do better for the people we serve and our colleagues. Making progress is not always easy or comfortable, but it is necessary for making us stronger together.
