The Cook for Change! Sustainable Chef Challenge

This is Sodexo’s global competition that highlights the creativity of its chefs from around the world. Their challenge: to create an original menu that combines deliciousness with environmental responsibility.

Made with plant-forward and sustainable ingredients, these recipes aim to reduce food waste while celebrating tasty, low carbon cuisine. From more than 500 chef candidates across 30 countries, 9 finalists were selected for the final cook off and Grand Finale event, in London in March this year.

Flying the flag for the UK&I region was Gordon Carberry from Dublin and he won the Culinary Innovation Award.
