Made with plant-forward and sustainable ingredients, these recipes aim to reduce food waste while celebrating tasty, low carbon cuisine. From more than 500 chef candidates across 30 countries, 9 finalists were selected for the final cook off and Grand Finale event, this month in London.
Flying the flag for the UK&I region is Gordon Carberry from Dublin. He is hoping to make it three years in a row, with the region winning the last two competitions.
