We want to increase our spend with small and local listed suppliers. It’s part of meeting our Better Tomorrow 2025 target, where £200m of our business value benefits SMEs and improves quality of life in our communities. 

We’re working with our teams, clients and suppliers to reduce food waste from farm to fork. From rescuing wonky veg to cooking root-to-stem, we’re helping to cut the carbon emissions resulting from food production, distribution and consumption.
