The Sodexo Stop Hunger Foundation

Being an Employer of the Year is about more than what happens in the workplace. It's also about empowering our people to make a positive difference in the communities where we live and work.
At Sodexo, we're proud to give colleagues up to three paid volunteering days each year to support good causes, share their skills and make a meaningful impact.
Through our support for the Stop Hunger Foundation, colleagues work alongside charity partners to tackle food insecurity and its root causes, from providing practical help at food banks and community projects to sharing expertise that creates lasting opportunities.
And the impact speaks for itself.
Since 2005, the Foundation has supported almost 11 million people, worked with 470 charities and recorded more than 54,000 volunteering hours contributed by Sodexo colleagues, clients and supply partners.
But volunteering is about more than the numbers. It brings people together, builds confidence, develops new skills and creates a shared sense of purpose. It's good for our communities and good for our people.
From supporting food distribution charities and community growing projects to sharing culinary expertise overseas, our colleagues are making a difference in many different ways. These photographs capture just some of the moments, people and partnerships behind that commitment.
