Social Mobility: Apprenticeships at Sodexo

Apprenticeships are a key lever for social mobility.

This means that every one of our employees has the same opportunity to develop and progress their career in the way that’s best for them, ensuring they can all belong, act and thrive at Sodexo.

Apprenticeships are an excellent way for people of all ages to develop skills in areas that will help them develop in their chosen career. Through an apprenticeship you can earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised professional qualification, while also getting invaluable on the job experience, which can put you ahead of other potential recruits.

We’re proud of the wide variety of apprenticeships we offer, with almost 80 available in areas such as IT and business administration, facilities management, hospitality and catering, healthcare and prison custody. Colleagues can participate in Level 2 programmes if they are at the start of their career, through to Level 7 if they are looking to complete their learning in a specialist area.

“Sodexo is passionate about helping people develop to become the talent they aspire to be.”
