Our cleaning solutions cover areas including offices, messes, accommodation, windows, laundry, and specialist areas such as medical centres and swimming pools. Keeping physical environments safe and hygienic contributes to the improved wellbeing and safety of everyone on site, and, with efficient cleaning procedures, competent and friendly staff and modern digital technology employed in our cleaning services, we are dedicated to elevating the lived experience of military personnel on base.
Data-Driven Dolutions
IT systems are in place across our contracts to support data-driven decision-making. With visibility of all account data, these systems are fully aligned with MOD accounting requirements. In a rapidly evolving world, the needs of the army are also changing, and we need to be aware and ready to accommodate and cater to these dynamic needs. With modern technologies and processes, we are using real-time data, i.e., customer feedback on the apps to design and implement solutions for the military.
Mess Management
Sodexo’s defence soft FM services include mess and hotel services - made ready to welcome guests at any time of day – from morning tea and toast to a silver service dinner. Messes are a culturally significant part and place of the army, and, with cleaning, catering, and general management services, our dedicated staff do their best in upholding the rich tradition and history attached to them.
