Patient portering powered by technology with Traczo

Sodexo’s chosen system, Traczo, uses a WiFi-based real-time location system to improve the efficiency of the portering system. Traczo digitises the end to end task management and allocation process, making it easy for clinical teams to request a porter electronically on a computer or tablet. Tasks are then automatically allocated to the nearest porter and can be tracked and escalated in real time.

AI-powered asset management system Xempla
