We have a proud history of supporting Stop Hunger, our charitable Foundation through employee volunteering and donations. We will continue this work, enabling 20% of our workforce to access volunteering and/or fundraising opportunities, both through Stop Hunger, and other charities close to our employees’ hearts.

We aim to increase employment levels of marginalised groups within our local communities and will introduce community-led recruitment drives targeting, for example, ex-offenders, young people, the long-term unemployed and people with disabilities.
