Probation Dynamic Framework
Sodexo has been successful in bidding to join the Ministry of Justice’s Probation Dynamic Framework. We believe that in order to deliver the best outcomes we should adopt a partnership approach bringing together the best organisations to meet the needs of our Service Users, the communities in which they reside and for our client.
We are seeking partners who have expertise and experience in providing services that cover Accommodation; Education, Training and Employment; Personal Wellbeing (comprising Social Inclusion; Family & Significant Others; Lifestyles and Associates; Emotional Wellbeing); Women’s Services; Young adults; Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME); Restorative Justice; Cognitive and Behavioural Change and Service User Involvement.

Prison Operator Services Framework
Sodexo has been awarded a place on the Ministry of Justice’s Prison Operator Services Framework.
Sodexo will be bidding to provide our high standard and innovative custodial services at prison contracts released over the course of the next five years. This includes HMP Glen Parva and existing prison contracts as they come up for re-tender.
We welcome approaches from third parties who would be interested in partnering with us to deliver services to support the residents in our care.

DWP Commercial Agreement for the Provision of Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS)
We are delighted to announce our success at being awarded a place on the DWP Commercial Framework (CAEHRS) which provides Employment and Health Related Services for the Central and North West Regions and the National Lot. In partnership with Blue Arrow and Deloitte, we are committed to supporting individuals who find themselves unemployed with opportunities to secure meaningful and sustainable jobs.
This agreement will be used to issue call off contracts to provide employment and health related services to a wider range of individuals, including those faced with barriers to employment. In order to best meet the needs of the client and the participants, we will be working with partners who can provide support to those who meet the criteria of each call off contract.
We welcome expressions of interest from partners with experience in delivering:
- Employment-focused programmes leading to real and fulfilling jobs
- Work-related qualifications
- Careers advice
- Volunteering activities
- Literacy and numeracy
- Life skills
- Support to individuals who are Self Employed or those interested in becoming Self Employed
- Support to progress individuals in work, who are claiming Universal Credit
- Support to groups of individuals with disabilities or health conditions
- Support to long term unemployed (LTU) or those at risk of becoming LTU
- Support to disadvantaged groups
- Support to the Young and those not in Education or Employment (NEET)
- Support to Ex-Offenders and those exiting Prison
